In our second episode we talked to Rachel Brobeck, Recruiter at Waterway Carwash who found difficulty in scheduling and conducting phone interviews. 1) WHAT PROBLEM WERE YOU LOOKING TO SOLVE WITH TEXT RECRUITING SOFTWARE?

Rachel: As a Recruiter at Waterway, I recruit and select candidates applying for hourly or management positions.I typically conduct up to 20 phone interviews per day. We were having little to no success conducting phone interviews efficiently by just picking up the phone and calling a candidate. We knew we had to find a more efficient process to quickly schedule same-day phone interviews with applicants for hourly positions.

2) WHEN ASSESSING TEXT RECRUITING SOLUTIONS, WHAT FACTORS WERE IMPORTANT TO YOU? WHY DID YOU END UP CHOOSING RECTXT?

Rachel: After researching for some time, we noticed that many text solutions are built for marketing purposes. We wanted to implement a text recruiting software built specifically for recruiting. Rectxt is very affordable and easy to use. The ability to sort candidates into different talent pools was exactly what we needed.

3) WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED SINCE USING RECTXT?

Rachel: Not only are we scheduling interviews with more success, but we are able to text large numbers of applicants at once within a short time period. Also, the quick fix of any small issue we have experienced is excellent - great customer service!

4) WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE FEATURE OF RECTXT? WHAT MAKES IT YOUR FAVOURITE?

Rachel: What really stood out about Rectxt was their Chrome extension and the quick transition from ATS to texting. Both of these features made our job much easier throughout the entire recruitment process.
